I am in full-time education and wait times may vary between commissions.
My typical turn-around is from 5-8 days.
This estimate may vary due to factors such as my personal life/responsibilities and the type/size of piece that is commissioned (ie: larger pieces take much longer and vice versa.)(If you need the piece for a certain date, I allow a rush-fee of +15% of the total price of the piece.)

I will provide Work In Progress (WIP) photo updates of the commission at each stage for the commissioner’s approval.
I will ask you for any critiques of the piece and will adjust them accordingly.
I can make small to moderate changes to the piece upon request without charge.
(However, if, for example, the piece is almost complete and you request a very large change to the piece (eg: a pose change, adding a character, requesting different clothing etc,) I will have to ask for a €3 alteration fee.)I do not mind if you ask for an update! :) As long as you are not asking for one every day then I will be happy to provide a WIP photo!The usual stages that I will provide updates on are as follows: Sketch, Line-art, Colouring, Shading (if applicable), Final Piece.

I accept payment via PayPal.
An invoice can be sent upon request but I will usually send you either my PayPal email or my PayPal Me page for you to transfer to.
All of my prices are in Euro(€), please keep this in mind when paying and be sure to select the Euro option when transferring payment.Please note: I will not begin work on a commission before I have received full payment.

If you request a refund:-before work has begun, you will receive a full refund.-after a sketch has been provided, you will receive a 50% refund.-after lineart and/or colouring has been completed or if the piece has been completed: I will not be able to provide a refund beyond this point.-**PLEASE NOTE: If partial but not full payment is sent, and the remainder is not paid within a month of the first payment, a refund will not be provided and the commission will be cancelled.

As the artist, I hold the right to cancel any commission with or *without refund (* in the case of a breach of this TOS)A cancellation of your commission would be caused by:-Inappropriate client behaviour. This includes, but is not limited to; messaging anything sexual in nature, anything vulgar or obscene in nature, continuing to request NSFW art work once it is stated that I do not create NSFW artwork, or requesting to turn an existing working commission into a NSFW art work, asking for my personal social medias or phone number, asking personal details about me, or requesting to “become friends” etc.- Lack of payment for the commission or inability to complete payment balance (*see “refunds”)- Over-Contact. This means that if a client continues to contact me about their commission every day or more than 5 times a week despite warning and/or request to not, I hold the right to cancel their commission, with partial (50%) refund. The reason for this being that I work on my commission queue in a rota-like basis, meaning that I work on a different commission every day, and may not have an update to give each day. I ask each client to understand this. This condition is also in effect due to the harassing nature of this behaviour.In all places, I ask for basic commissioner’s etiquette to be followed.**No cancellation will occur without prior warning.
